Is there any sales tax on my order? AceProGolfShop.com is required to collect sales tax in the state of Illinois. Shipments made to states outside of Illinois are not charged a sales tax.
Payment Options What forms of payment do you accept online? AceProGolfShop.com currently accepts the following forms of payment:
Shipping We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. On occasion, certain items (i.e. certain out of stock items and custom orders), may require a few more days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Where does my order ship from? In stock items ship from our retail store in Chicago. On occasion, certain items (i.e. certain out of stock items and custom orders), may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Shipping cost is based on the combined weights of the items selected. Please view our shipping rate chart for more information.
The tracking number for your package will be sent to you when it becomes available.
Returns AceProGolfShop.com will gladly provide a full refund for golf equipment returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Opened Videos and DVDs can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
Return authorization is required from Ace Pro Golf Shop for any returned merchandise. Please e-mail customer service or contact us at 1-800-282-4949 (or 773-463-8333) prior to returning any merchandise for help with the return process. AceProGolfShop.com will refund only the full purchase amount for unused golf products, excluding the shipping and handling fees. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.
