Can I place my order online?
Yes, AceProGolfShop.com accepts orders online.  Just add the items you want in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to complete your order.

 

Is ordering on AceProGolfShop.com secure?
Yes, for your safety, transactions are taken over a secure server connection.

 

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, if you like, you may place an order with us by calling customer service toll free at 1-800-282-4949 during normal business hours.

 

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
AceProGolfShop.com conducts business with most of the major golf equipment manufacturers.  If there is an item you do not see listed on our website, please feel free to contact us toll free at 1-800-282-4949 during normal business hours and we will be happy to assist you with your search.

 

Is there any sales tax on my order?

AceProGolfShop.com is required to collect sales tax in the state of Illinois.  Shipments made to states outside of Illinois are not charged a sales tax.

Shipping

How soon will my order ship?

We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of receiving the order.  On occasion, certain items (i.e. certain out of stock items and custom orders), may require a few more days for orders to be processed and shipped.

 

Where does my order ship from?

In stock items ship from our retail store in Chicago.  On occasion, certain items (i.e. certain out of stock items and custom orders), may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on the combined weights of the items selected.  Please view our shipping rate chart for more information.

 

How do I track my shipment?

The tracking number for your package will be sent to you when it becomes available.

Returns

What is your return policy?

AceProGolfShop.com will gladly provide a full refund for golf equipment returned within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.  Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials.  All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.  Opened Videos and DVDs can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.

 

Return authorization is required from Ace Pro Golf Shop for any returned merchandise.  Please e-mail customer service or contact us at 1-800-282-4949 (or 773-463-8333)  prior to returning any merchandise for help with the return process.  AceProGolfShop.com will refund only the full purchase amount for unused golf products, excluding the shipping and handling fees.  Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.
