The NDS  (Nike Distance Series) irons blend a classic profile with game improvement technology.  These irons are proof that a clean looking iron can deliver performance to golfers of all skill levels.  Weight is precisely positioned in each clubhead to facilitate getting the long irons airborne, offer workability in the mid-irons and provide accuracy in the short irons. Progressive notch weighting.  The notch is larger in the long irons to create more heel/toe weighting and increase forgiveness. 431 Stainless Steel construction is 25% softer than 17-4 stainless steel to enhance feel. Wide sole.  All NDS irons have a wide sole to facilitate getting the ball airborne and to prevent fat shots. Progressive offset.  Long irons have more offset to allow additional time to square the clubface.
