FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions
AceProGolfShop.com ships orders via FedEx. Express shipment options include Next Day Air which will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) and Second Day Air which arrives in two business days after the package has left our store. We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday at the earliest. Please refer to our shipping rate chart for information on freight costs. Currently, we are only shipping to customers in the US.
AceProGolfShop.com is required to collect sales tax in the state of Illinois. Shipments made to states outside of Illinois are not charged a sales tax.
AceProGolfShop.com will gladly provide a full refund for golf equipment returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Opened Videos and DVDs can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
Return authorization is required from Ace Pro Golf Shop for any returned merchandise. Please e-mail customer service or contact us at 1-800-282-4949 (or 773-463-8333) prior to returning any merchandise for help with the return process. AceProGolfShop.com will refund only the full purchase amount for unused golf products, excluding the shipping and handling fees. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.
All golf equipment purchased from AceProGolfShop.com is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty which is usually from 1-2 years from date of purchase. Please consult with individual manufacturers for exact warranties.
